Our one-to-one personal training sessions are ideal for those looking for a more personalised approach to training. 

 

We will have an initial consultation looking at your goals and your objectives and from here we will put a plan in place to ensure these are achieved.

All sessions are held at DW Sports Inverness. However, you do not have to be a member to receive sessions at this gym.

One of our coaches will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours to give more information and arrange a consultation via call or text.

Step 3

We will answer any questions you have, finalise the details, agree the next steps and then we will set you up to start on an agreed date.
